hello

Post by acmi16 »

I just found the forum, and as a long time French car owner i thought i would join.
My only French car right now is a 405 Le Mans which i have had for 4 years and until recently has been my regular daily transport, but now its taking life a little easier, although i also look after my fathers 406 V6 saloon ( which was mine many years ago).

Ah!
One or two member in your general area - Bradford, Leeds, Keighley.
I almost ended up in Brighouse but stupidly accepted a position in Washington.
My mother in law lived in 'uddersfield during the war years, chucked Spitfire engines together.

i bought the 406 in december 99, a very early series 2 car, 6 months old with 1,500 miles on it, kept it a few years and then my father had it, and it now has about 101,000 on it. So over 100,000 miles and 12 years its been near faultless, and a great car.
i had an MI16 before the 406 and decided i should have another, so 4 years ago i bought one to have some fun in but enjoyed it so much it became my everyday day. that now has 157,000 on it and has been great fun.
