Thanks, Darren - looks nice. We once had a '74 - was a nice car. Still had metal grille and chrome strip above rear number plate, heavy flywheel. They started bean-counting on later ones, and gradually left bits off.
That one looks a bit familiar to me - I am sure I have seen it at events. Left-hooker, as well.

No if I recall correctly. My first Citroen experience was borrowing a girlfriend's Dyane that was about that age to drive from Bristol to Boston and back with another girlfriend, to go and do a deal on a Minijem. The dyane looked like a well kicked dustbin and was notionally that orange.
Ten minutes into driving it, (Remember your basic seamanship,) I was grinning all over my face.
Years later, I bought the wrong 2CV-pain! (Though it did turn a profit!)

I was a sixties child.
At a wild guess, it might have been imported from Spain!

Well spotted, Tom. It is a Spanish one, as witness the sliding rear and wind-up front windows.

The Dyane (RHD) was available in UK from 1969 with 435 or 602c engine - in France, a year earlier, with 425cc engine. We used to have a 1971 RHD 602 - sold in 2002. The 435cc was dropped about 1972/73. The car pictured is a 1974 model year.
