Those rear lights look like they were nicked from a Ford Anglia... They do not suit the car at all...

Looks like its only a 2-seater, but definitely interesting. If you were looking for an original DS in yellow you would have to make do with one of these two colours.

I love that early yellow DS... Much prefer the early style to the later style personally...

Sorted now and talking of the GT6, here is a little bit of related light entertainment
A GT6 pulled alongside a Rolls-Royce at a traffic light.
"Do you have a car phone?" the GT6 driver asked the man in the Rolls.
"Of course I do," was the haughty reply.

"Do you have a fax machine?"
The Rolls driver sighed. "I have that too."

"Do you have a double bed in the back?" Ashen-faced, the Rolls driver sped off.
That afternoon, he had a double bed installed in his car.

A week later, the Rolls driver passed the same GT6, parked on the side of the road with its back windows fogged up and steam pouring out.
The arrogant driver pulled over, got out of his Rolls and banged on the GT6's rear window.

"I want you to know that I've had a double bed installed," bragged the Rolls driver.

The GT6 driver rolled his window down and frowned at the Rolls driver.

"You got me out of the shower to tell me that?"

I have to admit to really not getting this sort of thing. Guess in my case it's because I was brought up in an environment where the car was always well respected and carefully looked after.

I spend far more time than I probably should trying to make sure my cars are as tidy as is reasonably possible, and can't dream of doing something like that to any of mine.

Also spent far too much time and money, and have had to scrap too many cars because of rust to ever consider actively encouraging its formation on my car!

Each to their own though, and I certainly won't deny that some of these are very interesting in their own right, just not something I would want on my own driveway.

I'm not really a big fan of them, but you have to respect their owners, who are enthusiasts and love their cars just as we all do.

I believe a lot of the examples seen here will be well loved and looked after to OCD levels... I've had my times of running rats and although scruffy-looking underneath they were all 100% and maintained perfectly...

There is a big difference between a truly neglected car and a true rat

True enough, Jim!

Still feel sorry for that poor Rolls on the first page though...There are just some lines that are not meant to be crossed!

When is a rat not a rat, that is the question?

Here's couple of "up market" customisations for those people who really have a little too much money.

the glow in the dark Lamborghini Aventador

got to be funny that it got impounded for having no front number plate
