Had I of known how long the Monza alloys take to clean I might have avoided them for my winter wheels  As it was I just let them turn black with brake dust  The wheels on my VTR are much easier to clean.

You can, I think EBC 'green stuff' pads are low dust pads:

My Activa runs EBC ultimax, more sensible pad with minimal dust, far less than most other brand leaders and certainly better than the Bendix rubbish that was oe.

alternative would be to get some 'wheel wax' if there just refurbed then perfect time, loads to choose from around £20, last you a good while, goat as you would polish and provides a good sealing on the wheels meaning the dust doesnt bind t5o the wheel,

Something about a waxed goat makes me feel a little uncomfortable.

Nah, I think you have it all wrong, I believe you need a goat to apply the wax... That's how I read it...

not the most ergonomic wax applicator though is it, and its going to be a right pig (goat) to get in between the spokes on the alloys surely.
