Heavyweight Mission

Post by addo »

I've just returned from fetching some Fleabay tiles for the boss-man. Should've done my homework; 166 2'×1' tiles, half inch thick is almost 1000kg!

No wonder the Xantia was having a red-hot complain! I don't think the AL4 was meant for that type of lugging...

No. Given that I exist in a permanent state of relationship failure, a wagon is the fallback place to live, and one can still work out of it... Lot of white vans in use by builders and subbies, too.

Anyhow - even a typical ute would have struggled with a metric tonne!

Interesting load on that lorry Adam..... Bales of straw?

Speaking of good loads in the backs of Xantia Breaks...

This is Chris570 loading in his LPG'd TCT engine. The crane was stashed in beside the engine as well as many other Xantia spoils... He was well loaded :)
