Are there many football fans on FCF?

The reason I ask is that over the past two evenings with the return of the Champions League being on TV I've noticed that its been rather quiet on here until the games have finished.

In answer to my own question yes I am a football fan but my team was being shown on Sky Sports which I haven't paid extra for

I've almost abandoned actively supporting football in the last few years since getting back to playing Rugby. With the WC on now it's early mornings for me so tend to be tired duing the day.

It is helping to be able to catch up on some sleep in the evening with Liverpool taking a European sabbatical this season though.

Football is the biggest load of bollocks known to man, along with anything else involving balls, other than Citroens. Detest it and the moronic attitude it seems to instil in it's 'devotees', particularly when their chosen idiots lose a match and they have to cause mayhem to restore the balance.

OK, I appreciate it doesn't apply to everyone, but far too many for comfort.

I did go to a football match, once, 52 years ago and it was enough to last me a lifetime. Complete waste of two hours and five bob.
