I very rarely buy car magazines, or infact any other magazine for that matter. I find all the car magazines, especially the review ones by so called 'motoring journalists' are full bs with un-justified comments and conclusions about cars etc. The 'CAR MECHANICS' magazine though, I have found seems to be unlike the others.
If you are interested in car repairs, maintenance or projects etc. then it is quite a good read. I have just bought mine today from Tesco. It often covers common issues on various french cars (and other cars) that owners have suffered, and explains the fix.
Well worth the few quid
A magazine I would recommend - CAR MECHANICS
