I know this isn't French Car Related, but this very, very special Subaru has been stolen:
There's a HUGE thread here - link- but was last spotted in Milton Keynes. Keep your eyes open chaps if you're around that area.

Seems pretty real or a massive wind up! lol
Apparently every car forum in the land is out looking for it,
plus, again, apparently the police,(their helicopters/cars etc have seen it/been following it),
it's been crashed, etc etc...well if it's been crashed..they've found it?? !
My first thoughts were it'd be quicksmart into a lockup in 1000 bits..it would have to be,it's far too distinctive.
anything else is either amazing luck/balls (by the joyriders?), or amazing incompetance if it has been seen/chased!

Well I'm very pleased to say it has been found! Link.
It really is amazing the amount of support and amount of people that went out to look for it even into the early hours of the morning!

Thats exellent news, 50k+ worth of car saved from the scum that nicked it.Glad the guy got it back, would have broken my heart to loose that sort of car, i really thought it would be in bxes withing 3 hours and gone, thankfully they were not that bright.
amazed me they had the front to nick it from the pd, then drive a drift spec car with no plates or road legality up the M1 in broad daylight .

Well, to be honest, they had to be a bit on the challanged side to even comtemplate nicking such a conspicuous car...
It's called hiding in plain sight Dean.... Plod would never expect such a flash motor to be actually nicked...Deanxm wrote:then drive a drift spec car with no plates or road legality up the M1 in broad daylight .
