Ditto Activa exhaust. It's a piggy of a job but there are useful tricks involving vaseline and assistance...

There's no worries about being under an Activa any more than there is any other Hydraulic Citroen - just ensure it is very adequately suopported on stands...

My mood is slowly turning around. Getting there.

Jim, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that offer.

I've spent a huge amount of my hard earned this evening on various bits and pieces for both cars and some tools that I need. Its satisfying to know I have a stash of parts waiting to go on and make them both a little better.

I've also been given a pair of ramps by a neighbour who was clearing out his garage so I now have a set of 4. They should come in handy for the Activa. He also gave me some spring compressors which is handy as springs and shocks will be changed on the Coupé within the next 6 months or so.

The grand plan is slowly coming together....very slowly

Good to hear things are picking up

I realise there are members more local to you but if at any time you need a hand, give us a shout. I can't claim to be a specialist in anything but the extra pair of hands are here if you need them!
