Oddly i saw this only yesterday, i was on the M60 in Manchester & on the opposite carrige way was a blue ford puma (i think) which was parked across the central lane facing the hard shoulder with an artic up against the (passenger) side of it, no idea how it happened but I'm certainly not one to assume it's the fault of the truck driver, how many times have we all been cut up by another car driver leaving it to the last minute to head for the slip road?
