Actual Halfrauds service bays, or AA service centres?

Halfrauds in Bangor has an AA service centre attached already.

Yeah the good news is that they are giving away a free white shell suit with every Mot...........bad news is that blue lights under the car must be in full working order or will fail test . No wheelies allowed while ramps on high.

There is also a written driver test. If you open door to let the clutch out............you have passed :bd:

  That's very good Lexi  Open the door to let the clutch out... Inspired :D

I trust they test the fluffy dice and fail the car if not exactly level...

In my defence m'lud, they are very old and were bought for me by Robyn back in the days when I had a 205GTi.

They are so old I've had to repair them!

Halfords have done, at least certain branches, MOT's for a long time.
An old friend, now deceased*, had her car MOT'd in the Durham branch as she knew the mechanic there.

As a side note, she lived a few doors from Brian Ferry and was his child-minder when he was little.

*not in connection with Halfords MOTs, I might point out.

I used to be an avid reader of the old "chav scum" website. Comments were frequently on the harsh side, but the possibility of some featured gits being able to afford a car, would worry me if I lived in the UK.

Halfords is only good for one thing, buying car cleaning products, especially when they are on their 3 for 2 offer.

Indeedy, our local Halfords have a service bay. In fact im not sure if it wasnt a Daewoo service centre back in the day. Id not recommend anyone go there mind, cant imagine they are much good. A friend took his car the for a service (first and last probably) and he had to take it back as it left a huge oil puddle on the drive. The oil filter had not been tightened up.
