Not at all Sid.....the trouble is they tend to tie in with CCC gatherings for good reason and im not sure when the next one is. My membership has run out and funds do not warrant re joining at the moment so i will need to keep checking on here

The next CCC Rally is the CXM one at Little Horwood Cricket green behind the Shoulder of Mutton pub which is to the south west of Milton Keynes. This is one the 11/12/13th September so only a couple of weeks away!

Unfortunatly, this is the last CCC event of the year until the G section next year sometime.

Unfortunate that we, up here in the cold, blowy and wet North East, are way too far away from you guys and that most events seem to be scheduled 'daarn Sowf' these days .... maybe next time  Would be good to putsome faces to monikers, or maybe not eh
Weather wasn't too bad on the Saturday, kept threatening to rain but never did. On the Sunday however, it did start spitting a bit on and off but nothing proper.

daarn sowf?!!!!? I think you'll find all these rallys are clearly Ooop North

Aye. To us West Country folk, everything's oop norff innit Kev? I remember as a kid that Bristol was very northern!  I still consider the Northamptonshire border with Bucks to be the gateway to the North...

Stratford was good. Great as always to see old friends but shame about the weather, especially on Sunday. I got really quite cold and had no heater in the V6 to warm me up on the way home  I stood over the cooker whilst Val finished off a Sunday Roast to get warm

I MUST replace the heater matrix very soon...

Gutted that yesterday was such a lovely day. Why couldn't Saturday and Sunday have been like that?

Still, I had a good book to enjoy - "Citroen DS. A Design Icon". Very interesting, going back into the history of the DS right from it's design conception.

Looking forward to the CXM Rally now. The sun always shines on Little Horwood so it'll be good!

Awesome picture Richard....the only people you tend to see looking so determined underneath their cars are people who run LHM cars.

Where are the rest of the pictures people for those who didnt attend?
