Been there, biking in winter is not clever! Luckily I survived unlike one of my mates.

My car buying advice for what its worth- high depreciation is good so get a citroen 3years old or older. That should avoid high finance costs!

If you want reliability get an XUD-engined one, say a Citroen ZX D or TD. In my experience most car problems are down to ignition and cooling systems, at least the older diesels have no ignition system to go wrong...
