Genuine - NO BS!!

That's why I've always loved Citroens - folk are sh!t scared of them so
they've no real value, but are by far the most interesting cars around even
BEFORE you consider how much they cost.

In my time I've done folk a 'favour' removing their Cx GTi turbo or Xm V6
etc FOR FREE as they'd hit a mental as well as financial barrier over some job
they couldn't sort/face up to and just wanted to wash their hands of the thing.

These are the people who go about telling everyone their Citroen was the
biggest load of poo and their worst car ever, yet will spend £1000 on
servicing other makes of car without a hesitation - seemingly Citroens
are supposed to run on nothing and without maintenance the way these
people behave... Mad

yeah i know what you mean..... i think that green blooded cits are astonishing value.... just one pump, some spheres, lots of pipes and some adjusters.....most problems are easily diagnosable (or have happened to someone else already)

now a normal car....brake servo, mastercylinder, vacuum hose, brake fluid...power steering pump, fluid....4 shocks that can leak etc etc and a lot more fiddly to fix when it goes wrong

plus you get the higher spec that citroen give you as standard

plus one of the best diesel engnes ever made

what more could you want?

Looks like the winning bidder on that radio is a bit of a Xantia fiend - check out his feedback...

Still he must have rocks in his head paying that kind of money. I mean you could pick up a fascia adapter and a brand new mp3 cd player for the same amount. Must his like his cars extemely "original"...

Don't think Xantiae are that thick on the ground in Finland. You're not going
to pop into a scrappy there and get one are you!! Still, he's shopping in the
right place BUT paying the wrong price!!

That Sierra shell will probably find its way onto a stock car, they seem to like 3 door Sierras.
