Lot of road noise from Goodyear 175/65/14s. Any recommendations for a quieter tyre ?

hello David, search on the Citroen forum, they're always talking about tyres, quite a few recent posts. My Michelin energy tyres are quiet but provide little wet grip.
good tyre hunting

I thought that the Michelin Energys on my Xantia were fine for wet grip until the tread got low and then they weren't.

The Michelin Pilot Primacy is a very good tyre, Brilliant grip in the wet & dry & a very long service life.
Im not sure if they do them in the size you are after though.
