Check this out for a fast oilburner!

He sits on the start line and the other motor already has a large lead
It brings a hole new meaning to the phrase "a bit smokey!"
Cheers

I like the way he has to wait for the turbo boost to come in before he sets off!!!

can you imagine using that to annoy the chavs? [:D] Having a diesel crewcab accelerate away faster than their modded crapmobile... I doubt I'd be able to restrain myself!

My ex's Maestro TD was very good for annoying chavs. The wheelarches consisted of (unpainted) filler, the rest of the car was basically rust painted with hammerite, and it smoked worse than that truck in the video, but it was surprisingly fast from a standing start, certainly far quicker than most modded 1.2 Novas [:D]

Im sure I remember from an old VW mag they did a feature on a twin engined VR6 Golf - mental eh- we are talking around 1996 ish I think. An interesting transplant would be that F350 truck engine in my Xsara, like sh1t off a shovel accompanied by a james bond rear smokescreen [:D]
