Well this is not how your rear lenses should look, they are looking rough. What did the owner clean them with, wire wool ?
It's things like this, along with the worn out rear wiper blade that will ensure that a future owner will wonder what else is wrong with the car, other than what has been disclosed in the listing.

I remember someone saying that a wipe over with LHM improves the look of the frosted lenses, failing that try some clear varnish.

You might geta way with a mild abrasive (eg T-cut). It works on platic baths anyway.
