There was a story in the newspaper the other day about this "CHAV" going around stealing cars. The thing is he would only steal red Metro's.
When caught by the police,in court the clerk expressed that it was confusing, because there were so many Metro's that he had stolen, the list was quite long.
Surely if you are stealing a car you can choose anything, this shows the lack of inteligence of this "CHAV."
Limited I.Q. & a strange motoring fetish for red Metro's. [:D]
Also I would have thought the Metro would not be the type of car to be seen in, around your mates.
It hasn't exactly got much "street cred" has it, amongst all the more modern cars. It might have been good when it came out, but unlike the Mini it dated quickly, and the Mini which it is based on has character.

Ah! just realised it was the wrong ebay link.... so edit is done. Further looking at the engine bay its the front of the van, grafted with moggie wings and bonnet and grill which are all to cock to look at. At £340 already... um...

I think I'll pass on that! It looks like it was carried out by the same people who made that diesel Mini in Scrapheap challenge. How on earth did they get that road legal? It looked awful and so does this. A waste of another Moggy. Sorry, I don't like people trashing classics!

I agree, it looks like it could have been done by that team who constructed the limo Mini in Scrappy Races 2005.
As a team they were lacking in some of the practical experience, and compared to the likes of the Chaos Crew, the biker team, and the Cops and Bodgers were not as skilled, or as quick !
Has the Minor been hand painted [?]
It does look a bit rough !

18 feet 6 inches in length, and now converted to front wheel drive, I wouldn't fancy driving it, it would be a right laugh trying to get around corners, and people would have a good laugh at you driving something so embarrassing ! [:D] [:)]
I quote, "REAR SEATING NEEDS TO BE FITTED LIGHTS" [?]
This means [?] Mood lighting [?] [:D]
While you pose in the rear in your cool motor ! [:D] LOL [:)]

do er limousines traditionally have vauxhall van engines in them, it might spoil the er 'cruise' as the driver revs it to the limiter in every gear to try to get it to move

This one is a bit of a strange creation as well, allegedly "90% mini"-with half an Anglia back window and some papier-mache as the other 10% by the look of it!!!
Honestly, my 7 yr old could have done better, and its now on its second ebay appearance.......

And its "9 inches lower than a mini", not by ye olde traditional roof chop, though, oh no, it appears to be by taking it out of the door bottoms!!
Nice wheels, though..........
