Darren, never mind the LARGE GREEN TEXT[:p] offending you,how about the wording in the LARGE BLUE text? Also in the feedback.I find the swear words [:I][:0].No need of it.Whats wrong with "Non paying, waste of time, avoid"[?]
Its a shame they dont have Moderators, like this site, who can edit feedback for swear words.
I know my smelling[:D] ins`t perfect all the time,but...
Ok,rant over now[:)][:D][:)]

You really woudn't want to have anything to do with someone like that would you... to describe him as having a "room temperature IQ" seems a little harsh on my central heating.
Infact, on ebay, if you are the recipient of feeback of the sort that this illiterate vendor has given, you can ask to have it removed. As far as I know, something even slightly offensive will be removed post haste.

I`m smallish user of Ebay,a few buys each month. What i have noticed though reading feedback is that a lot of the negative feedback is tit for tat. Some one gets neg feedback, however trivial, they leave neg feedback & reply back "left me neg feedback,so am doing the same".What`s the point in that?I have 100% good feedback,& try to buy only from the same.I just brought a 12ft swimming pool. The seller had about 100 or neg feedback. But positive feedback was over 6500!!!Won the item Sat pm,recived Tues 8 am.
I dont think i`d buy/bid on a car without looking fisrt though.

I think everyone's being a bit harsh here!!
These people may be foreign, with English as a second language, they may just be illiterate-its not a crime.
History is full of otherwise great people whose written English is not of the first quality, and, remember, Einstein was rubbish at mental arithmetic!!!
Lets all look to our own punctuation, I know mine's not perfect........

If an ebayer can sort out an auction, and manage to work out how to use HTML, then surely the easy bit is the correct use of the language that the auction should be in.
Ebayese is not a language, and never will be !
Being polite, and communicating properly will aid your sale, why try to communicate, and then end up failing to do so properly.
Also behaving like a child, and using foul language will alienate people, and probably end up with no sale being the result.
