I SOOOOO want one of those, although I would expect trying to get parts for the Kugelfischer (sp?) injection would be fun to say the least.... But then I would probably drop in a 170bhp V6 from a 505.

The fuel injection shouldn't be a problem, I expect Dean Hunter classic Peugeot parts will have stock on the shelf for next day. But surely didn't 505 use it as well, plenty kicking around the breakers.

No, the 505 used a Bosch K-Jetronic system and then the LE2-Jetronic. Last I heard a few years ago is that Kugelfischer spares had stopped being made, so unless Dean Hunter has a back stock, spares will probably get harder and harder to find....

wasn't aware of that problem, good job mine is diesel! There is a german company offering complete rebuilt KF pumps for 504s, so hope for a few. www.koller.de
