Sorry to say it happens a lot[V]
Was a mechanic on sites for 10 years saw it a least 3 times (will dig out photo's)
Or the classic tipper lorry driver doesn't open back, tips load and crash, lorry on its side looking very sorry for itself

Some drivers do not like seat belts, and will not wear them !
Even despite the law, that requires them to wear it for their own safety !
The thing is, if something is <u> not secure </u> then it will move !
This load on a truck, was not secure enough !

I heard about a similar "insecure load" situation in Arbroath years ago. A lorry sat idling at traffic lights for several cycles. When somebody went to investigate they found that the driver was an ex driver, having been impaled by his load.
