End of the week, and a change of heart, the little Renault 4 parked in the garden is back in my top 3.
1) Peugeot 304 Coupe, only £6 until its disqualified.
2) Citroen H Van
3) Renault 4
Its all to play for with a new week of listings!

Only downside factor being it is petrol (diesel for me, especially trucks).

5 1/2 hrs left, sadly the top spot peugeot 304 coupe is now £650, so disqualified (but did anybody notice the 504 behind it?!). My mind isn't made up yet, 504 Pickup I'd agree good fun, but I've got the diesel 504 saloon, even more fun with rear independant suspension and a couple of rear drive shafts like a subaru!

I had a dream years ago about finding something in a scrapyard that looked very much like the Renault Rodeo. I've never seen or heard of such a thing until I clicked on that link but I had a dream about one. Spooky.

Well the end result has had me pondering for a few days, the favorite 304 Coupe made too much money. Now at the very start, it had to be under £500 and interesting. The run arounds of AX, BX, Xantia we see everyday. There were some great finds, but made more than £500, one that did not was

The Renault Rodeo, which I have never seen before. Looking like a Matra Rancho its pure 80s ebay tatt, and I loved it. But looking at it now, seems like a Peugeot Partner concept car! The entry had two submissions, but the second one came after the close of the competition.
So, Bernie you are our winner, drop me a line to mat.tuck@ntlworld.com with you choice of cd and your address.
Thanks to all, Happy New Year!

When I first saw the pic I thought it was quite a good kit but seems it was a proper car based on R4 / R6. I think this one has a hard top conversion but I suppose this may have been a manufacturers attempt to make it look like a Rancho. For ordinary use I would have thought it was very strange when compared to a Ranco which probably expalins why it never got here but Renault do do strange things with their exports here - why didn't we ever get the Twingo?

(Twingo - great name - sounds even more like a chocolate bar than rancho!)http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/2090/
