Remember I'm always happy to help too.

I don't go to Worcestershire anymore though.

I will be taking the Xantia with only 2 on board with camping gear and kayaks on the roof, so plenty of room.

If those rivers overflow, might you end up in the Tees or, even better, the Tyne :) :)

If you do, there's a couple of underbody trays that I have a 'promise' on

I've just completed a big parts relay :D

Up to Leicester last evening to collect John's (Jgra1) compressor/paint sprayer and then today, down to see firstly Malcolm (Citronut) to deliver his seats and then up to see John :D

Malcolm gave me a ride in a 2CV. That was an experience not to be missed after a V6 I can tell you 8)

Supurb trip in the V6, she purred all the way and was quite frugal on fuel :D One of her strong points came to the fore; slogging through snarled-up Tunbridge Wells in the rush hour  So easy with an autobox and not a murmer of complaint from the V6 at all. Good girl :D

An excellent day all-round. It was great to see old friends and enjoy a natter.

Joh, I'm sorry, I clean forgot to say thanks for the fish and chips. Went down a perfect treat :D

As always, the A21 between Tonbridge and Hastings remains one of the most terrible roads I know

That was a teriffic scenic rote you directed me on to bypass Tunbridge Wells John :D 8)

:D great to see you Jim

yep after you left I realised how many miles of thin narrow lanes there are to get past Tunbridge wells, Southborough, and Tonbridge ;)

My V6 was lovely tonight, there is an exhaust problem but it sounds pretty good ;)

i think you will need at least an AMI SUPPER chassis to take the V6 lump, and i think you will have to find a manual box TEA HE (without chocy bicy's tut tut)

much ass grassy ass
and thanks again for all your eforts hunny,

i think we will probably meet up in a field somewhere on our next encounter

kind regards

If anyone should be passing the Doncaster area on the M18/180 and on down south on the M1 toward Junction 14 at any time in the future, I would very much appreciate if a set of alloy wheels could be collected from KP and delivered to me in Newport Pagnell.

There's no rush on this and if it will help, I can do a meet somewhere along a convenient spot on the M1 or thereabouts.

Much thanks :D

EDIT: I'll be at Stratford CCC meet next weekend if that will help in any way.
