I'd be more than happy to do a relay leg in this neck of the woods Malcolm... As long as it does not involve the A21

I could collect it from Durham and take it to the next staging post.

Excellent idea, Malcolm! :x I'm up for it, so I'll be your nearest link. If we get John (jgra1) in the scheme, he is the next link going north.

Ideally we need to know where everybody is on the map so we can plot a matrix.

The only two stumbling blocks I can see must be Jim in NP, afraid to come further south (we're not really cannibals in Sussex, ) and poor old Andrew stuck out in Wales.

Jim, I think the M25 in all its guises beats the A21 into a cocked hat for car parking.

my son sudgested we set up a map of the UK so each FCF/CCC member can add there own pin/flag marker/s, to indicate were they are and were they travle on a regular bases, if thats possible, also the max sized load they can/will carry, pluss the distance they might be prepaired to run

Good idea Malcolm!
Though I doubt there will be much call for it down around Exeter, but if there is I'd be willing to jump on the bandwagon.

High guys, although this post is somewhat off topic, I would just like to mention that some of you will remember my fairly recent need of a driver's electric window mechamism, as well as a HDi fuel tank for a Xantia estate - these items cost around £600 from Main Stealers.

Well, I found the items via breakers.com (PCR Recylers), and they delivered them to S France for the sum of £194GBP - both items in good condition. I am well pleased.
