Just to add my endorsement, somewhat belatedly, for Malcolm Orme of Savoy Garage. He was most helpful, seemed very knowledgeable and has a reasonable charge - a pleasant, honest experience. Thanks Malcolm :-D

Another thumbs-up for Malcolm Savoy from me..

Put a new clutch in my C4 VTS, excellent price, genuine parts. Even picked me up from Preston train station this morning on his day off so I could collect it.

Top chap.

Somewhat reawakening a post from the distant past - but I have the same question really - despite pretty much being at the stage where only an MOT or fitting tyres, tracking perhaps would be something I wouldn't/ couldn't attempt, I'm coming to the realisation that my battle to get my C5 going has me pretty much defeated!

Has anyone any experience of:
https://www.ehowarthgarage.com/services

A Google search brought them up, recons they are a Citroen specialist and location pretty much ideal for me (I'm located Leyland, Lancashire) - the above is about 6 miles away. Bear in mind it'll need towing (mate with a defender - loves an adventure like that!) Or I guess mobile mechanic also possible.

There's quite a few places mentioned in this thread, all somewhat further away. Campbell's Citroen seems to be no more, or certainly no online presence what so ever.

As per my thread:
viewtopic.php?t=71261
I have Diagbox and generally reasonable success rate (!!)

Any input welcome,

Matt
