Just to say I'm still about and OK... My mental health is very poor at the moment and too mentally exhausted to be able to digest the FCF at this time... Hopefully I'll be back in due course...

Good to hear from you Jim, echo what James said in his post.

Inspired by your cycling activity I finally rescued my bike from the junk cupboard yesterday, and did a lovely short ride in the countryside. You probably wouldn’t class it as proper cycling. Went at an absolute snail’s pace, stopped every five minutes to mooch and take pictures, and walked it up any sort of incline.

That’s my style of cycling and have to say a lovely way of spending and hour on a beautiful day.
