Mike, this is the one I have

http://cpc.farnell.com/unbranded/ledrcf ... dp/LA05185

It's a multiple LED array and shockingly bright... Battery lasts well too... For the price it's not at all bad really... I'm happy.

They also do a 20w one too

http://cpc.farnell.com/eterna/ledrcf20/ ... dp/LA05641

Although they say the 10w is unbranded it is in fact an Eterna, the same as the 20w version...

Specs look similar ... only difference i can see is on number of batteries supplied on the 20w (4 v 2). Is it purely down to recharge speed (10w taking longer) or am i missing something?

:rofl2: :rofl2: No, but I see the MOT Receipt format has changed since last time. Now portrait rather than landscape...

You'll have to bring her over one of the days Jim! No shortage of cleaning supplies here (my garage looks like an Autoglym advert I reckon...), and that's one of the things I really quite enjoy doing.

Spent seven or eight years of Saturdays valeting the rolling stock at the car dealership I used to work at, so have a pretty good system worked out generally!

Hoping to do a bit more on the Activa V6 project this weekend... The engine cam boxes can now come in for some attention now I have a tube of this stuff:

Image

It's reassuringly expensive but there's some good deals on the 'bay for the stuff...

Hope it's good as I don't want to be doing the job again once the engine is in the car

You don't use the reddish-brown ThreeBond 1207C sealant, then?

If you can scare a bit up to try, you might like it.

Looks like good stuff Adam but very similar in specification to the Loctite stuff as far as I can see...

I have the Loctite so I'll stick with it for now...

Wow, years since I heard of ThreeBond.
Wondering now what I used to use it for.

Went for a cracking bike ride yesterday..

32.5 miles at an average speed of 15mph and that was over some quite hilly terrain too..

And around 1500 calories burned too!

Here's the detail on Strava:

Due to that ride, much longer than planned but it was such a lovely day, no work was done on the Activa V6 project....
