no aircon after battery renewal

Hi, after renewing my C5's battery, which was 10yrs old, the venting and aircon ceased to work properly. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing a proper BSI reset process wasn't followed... take a look at this thread. I had a random no-start condition where all the electronics would die (ranging from after a few minutes to 3 weeks between occurrences), and would mean I would need to disconnect and reconnect the battery to get the car to play ball.

It's now coming on to 4 weeks since I did a BSI reset and have not had the issue since, so well worth a shot as others have reported the same process has cured issues after an incorrect battery change

Hi Ben me again! The thread you suggested sadly did not work in my case. Now having to resort to an aircon specialist . Thanks for your help, only wish it had done the trick. Regards Ken M.
