my 06 scenic dosent get cold when the aircon is on local dealer says its -5.5 degrees my other car gets really cold but the scenic just feels like the fan is on any thoughts

Your dealer is lying ... The only way you could minus 5 degrees from the vents is if it's -5 outside....

The air-con can never get to zero degrees, if this was allowed, the evaporater would turn to a lump of ice. (air-con dehumidifies, so if you have the evaporator temperature to low, the moisture on it will freeze, stopping any airflow).

If it doesn't feel like it's working.... It's probably not. Unless of course your mixer flap is stuck and and always guiding the air through the heater core.

also it blows icey out of the two passenger vents but warmer from the drivers side
