Aircon hose
I have posted a load of links in the useful link section on where to source aircon hose and connectors.
Here you go James.
As an addition to the hose supplies, here's the fittings crimper.
There are hydraulic as well as hand operated ones here.
For the DIYer I'd expect the hand one would be a goer.

FWIW, buying one of these as an investment particularly if a club were to do it, is more practical than it may at first seem. I know a guy over here who wanted ONE hose for a BX and was quoted $330
