I have RT6 and keep getting checking... and Insert navigation CD

I think this is corrupt microsd card
I have a new card & tried copying the same files across but unit wont work with a any of my new SD cards, but only with the old SD card
I even reformatted the old sd card and put the files back and it works fine, but still displays checking......

I have Citroen c5 2012 with RT6 player (I think it's RT6). When playing music from phone, there's very very big latency in audio (on phone music shows playing, but car will start to play in about 1-2sec.)
No problems with phone calls.
Using with iPhone.
What could cause this problem?

I just bought a used 2014 Peugeot 3008. Initially I didn't realise that the headunit was faulty because the radio, camera etc seems to be working fine.

I then realised this issue when I start to try the buttons on the headunit. Try to reset with eject button hold method didn't work.

My RT6 system on my Peugeot 508 sw 2012 is rebooting every few minutes, which leads me to believe that the firmware-SD card is corrupted. I managed to fish out the config for my car (user_4.dat, user_com.dat and user_config.dat) using Mirascript. Because the CD-drive is broken, i have to use the USB port to flash the firmware onto the RT6....
