Re the 407 door seal issue and airbag warnings, after a few days of rain and testing with the hose, I gave up as water was still pooling on top of the bottom door seal and then running inside the car.

My solution was to put a few holes thru the seal with a leather hole punch tool which seems to allow the water to exit (the door seal gets squashed...

Yes bypass the filter ,definitely, an old car i had was flood damaged but it did run after the injectors were taken out and all the water pumped out the engine, i used wynns for 2 months the car ran perfect , till all the front end suspension went :( still miss my the old picasso .

I have a 1996 Citroën Relay 2.5 diesel medium chassis type 18 cab with a rusty panel which needs replacing. Having just manufactured a Shogun rear arch out of sheet metal, I don't want to have to do anything like that again. Ever. It's underneath the van and has a small rubber grommet in it. It is drivers side just to the left of the step section....

Not sure if any on has heard of these before but they are a decent bunch and I found them whilst searching for the auxiliary drive belt tensioner bolt online.

There's a mobile clutch service - Williams - who post vids on youtube. Here's a few relevant ones for FCF. Intrigued that in both the first cases he manages without removing even the subframe extensions, and in fact uses them to rest the box on. Some good time saving tips in here!!

Came across this company looking through Ebay, a well laid out shop with a fair bit of Renault Peugeot and Citroen stuff listed also some motor bike stuff, tyres mainly.

Car insurance now available in PAYG from cuvva
Wouldn't suit me as I don't agree with telematics but is probably good for learners, second cars and those with points. My Xantia came up as £16.25 subscription and £1.60 per hour.
As the subscription covers fire and theft when not driving I believe the car can be taxed on this policy.

I have just used these guys onclick= window.open(this.href);return false; They did a great price on the turbo for my C5 1.6HDI. He told me that they keep stock of most Renault and PSA units, and when not in stock can do a next day repair service.
They are in Glasgow and seemed to know their stuff

Loads of useful info on software download LEXIA DIAGBOX P2000 and loads of other car related software not only for French makes. Very helpful with installation problems. But its in French and you have to join and introduce yourself to see all of the info. If you use Google translate or freetranslation.com it makes it a little easier.
