The clutch went on the pump, so I have a replacement pump now from a similar car with the same specification if different year. I'm intending to bolt this one into place, hoping it is that simple. I have had it degassed, hopefully replacing it today since I have the day.
I am now wondering what the torque settings for the unions and to bolt it to the engine. I have a set of crows feet from when I was torquing a hydraulic pipe. Got the XM pdf manual but nothing about aircon I could see.
And where do I get seals, the unit is a Sanden 1208F

Try autokool for the seals;

excellent service, and if you can't find it on the website, they can probably find it for you.
