Could it be the blower resistor just suddenly failed? i just check resistor cables and green/yellow and black or red is about 14.20 volts , but if i measured only red and black 0 volts. am i right but seems like resistor is gone?! If i get it right there should be volts between black and red wire if resistor should work work?

Yes, but you have to understand we can't see anything here at this end and you are asking for help.

You say you haven't connected anything up except the speaker wires - well what about the rest of these power wires in the picture you linked to - we are only getting half the story as usual!

Yep, thats right just simple connection like i said, and all is stripped now off so i´m baffled what went wrong? Every wire was connected like should be, but amp and nothing more was installed in any way. Even oem speakers was still in place that point. First time this kind of catastrophe happened, i have installed many many car systems and all were worked good. I know the can line could be pain in some way when installing aftermarket amp,, but serious,, not this bad??!!

Yes - easily done. I'm really not sure about that piece of **** that you linked to - I wouldn't have it anywhere near my car. Ignoring the tweeters that are wired to the front woofers, that still leaves 8 wires for the other speakers and that thing doesn't even have enough connections.

Anyway with everything off - is your RT4 and the A/C working again now?

Can you explain where you plugged the 6 pin connector into on the RT4 - I can't see a dedicated 6 pin connector - so I need to know whether you connected it into a separate block for the AUX input or into some of the pins used for the 8 pin connector?

All I can say is that the 6 pin connector on the A/C panel has the following wires:
x7 27 AC.png
8060 - Compressor control (Earth)
Z8060 - Compressor control (Positive)
9024G - Comfort Data High CAN bus
9025G - Comfort data low CAN bus

That 6 pin connector is above of four signal wires (antenna?, gps?) is that cd changer connector and where to hook usb, but it fit perfercly that connector, wire was quite short but even that way i managed connect it.. not sure if there is 8 pins, i just assebled all back and try to see is there anything what i could do now wit Lexia or without ..

Check your F12 fuse on the BSI board again as per the original diagram early in the thread - the diagram shows where it is.

You may have fried the fuse for the A/C control. If not then the panel may be fried if you have checked the fuse and there is no communication with it with Lexia.

6452H7 is the part and an eye watering £598.80 (or 670.15 Euros in Finland)

You can probably pick one up from ebay if you are sure the unit is dead and you've checked everything else.

But hey! Lets think about it, how ac-control panel could be toast, just connected it today and error wont disappear now, this problem occurs when 6 pin connector was in RT4: f020 no communication with the air conditioning ECU, maybe it´s hanging someway and wont disappear or / cant access to clear it? BSI maybe still needs factory reset /programming and i cant do it clone ( i dont have code to reprogrammin BSI box)
