2016 Megane Beeping

I have a 2016 Megane and last week it started the occasional beep whilst driving. There is nothing new on the dash or centre display. At first i thought it was my phone or lane departure warning, but everything is turned off. The sound is intermittent and not at a set distance etc. I contacted the dealer but no luck and they are not interested in road testing the car with me. Ideas please.

If you havent set up an over speed warning, where it beeps if you exceed the set speed, then it might be something that will show up in a diagnostic. If it’s a 2016, surely it should be under warranty and you’re entitled to have it checked out? Don’t be fobbed off, as they might be hoping you’ll forget about it. A beep is normally a warning of some kind, so I would still pursue it.

No the overspeed isn't set. I will give the dealer another call. Thanks

Looks as if I have fixed the problem. Have reset the dash computer wotsit and all seems ok.
