Central locking Renault Master

Hello, some advise please.

I have a 2007 Renault Master based Mobile Home. I think the key fob battery is low becaus ethe central locking will not work from the outside if the vehicle, but it will work when activated with the key fob within the vehicle, does this sound a likely scenario. How do I get at the key fob battery?
