Hi all,
just joined cos I have a 306 1.9 NA 1.9D that wont start. Hope you guys can help me get it going again. It 20+ years old. Owned by my late father for 17 years. I inherited it!! Anyway will post a detailed description of the problem soon.

Yes, a few more details would help...
How long since it was last able to start?
Does it crank over briskly?
Does a jump-start help?
If it cranks over, do either of the main battery connectors get warm or hot?
If you press the fuel priming button on the fuel filter (or squeeze the priming bulb, if it has this), does it go solid?
