Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation Guidance

I've just been reading up on this as I didn't know it was happening.
I presume that most of us on here with old oil burners will be fine, but how will this fit in with the current generation of diesels?

I've no idea as to what mainland European countries are running as their splits - I presume they are ahead of the UK and the modern can cope with them?
